He also spoke at international events such as World Refugee Day June 2007 Springfield, Maryland and June 2008 and 2009 in Buffalo, New York, World AIDS awareness Day, Hunger Day, and many more events. He was the keynote speaker at the Foreign Cooperation and Organizations (FCO) luncheon annual meeting in July 2007 and 2008 in Washington, D.C. He also spoke in many churches, clubs, and other events. Dominic mainly speaks about the Lost Boys and Girls of Sudan's achievements in the US and their life experience as lived alone children, child soldiers and being a refugee in the US and other world. He knowledgeably speaks about The Sudan Hidden Holocaust (Genocide), The Unholy War-Christian Genocide in Sudan, Darfur Genocide (Former South Persecutors) and the wars in Africa. He also gives lectures on the need for education and economic development in war surviving countries in Africa. Indeed he highly speaks about the needed transition of social changes, human rights and democracy and freedom in Africa. Diing challenges people to recognize the rights of child to live whether a child has or has no parents. He has been a refugee advocate and human right activist since his arrival in the United States and has been campaigning against wars in Africa that led to Genocides in Sudan, Rwanda, DR Congo and violent in refugee camps; a campaign to end unbearable situations in the poorest villages of Africa.
