Career Journey: Dominic started his teaching career when he was eighteen years old to present:
2007- Present
date: Work as an academic coach (ESL teacher) and interpreter at Buffalo Public
Schools with following work responsibilities
- Work as an ESL teacher as well
as a translator for families and schools from various language
communities.
- Work as a translator and
offer teachers the entire conversation during the discussion with
different languages children speak at home or community.
- Help in counseling children
who have been war traumatized, face off social problems, and academic
problems
2006-2007:
Worked as an associate director at Rescare, Inc, Des Moines, Iowa and
responsibilities were as following
- Develop Res-Care, Inc
regulatory strategy for development programs
- Direct management of assigned
development programs.
- Responsible for managing and
mentoring employees and volunteers within mission of ResCare, Inc.
- Drive all ResCare submission
activities
- Represent Regulatory Affairs
at various project team and working group meetings.
- Assess and communicate
ResCare regulatory requirements to ensure all development activities are
in compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.

manage project timelines as well as have the ability to multi-task.

refugees from Arab world and Africa
- Helped refugee adults in
communicating with English speaking groups in initial time of teaching
them.

and communication at their potential jobs
