Campaign: Education

Education is empowering. It strengthens individuals, families and communities. AID and CARE believes that working to improve education is one of the best investments we can make in the effort to overcome poverty and illiteracy that heals war wounded nations: Sudan and Rwanda. AID and CARE seeks to ensure access to education, even in the most difficult circumstances and for the most vulnerable groups, such as abandoned and vulnerable children, orphans, and people living with HIV/AIDS and suffering from TB, Malaria, and other diseases.

Because education has such a profound impact on both a child's and a society's future, AID and CARE has made it a priority to build schools. AID and CARE seeks working with partners at the local and national level in the US to improve the quality and accessibility of basic education — helping individuals and communities reach their full potential.
